What this website is
TEKBOAT is an independent electronic-component distributor. This website is a discovery and enquiry tool. You may search parts, read specifications where the catalogue provides them, compare items, and send a requirement. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, and no online payment on this site. Submitting an enquiry is a request for information and a quote path — it is not an order, a purchase contract, or a reservation of stock until we confirm terms in writing.
Who may use the site
The site is intended for engineers, buyers and other business users. You must provide accurate contact details on any enquiry or contact form. You are responsible for the devices and network you use to access the site.
Catalogue and product information
Part listings, images, datasheets, lifecycle notes, packaging and availability are supplied by a third-party authorised catalogue and may change without notice. Figures shown on a product page are for identification and sourcing discussion. They are not a binding offer. Always verify the manufacturer part number, revision and datasheet before production use. TEKBOAT is not the manufacturer of listed components unless we say so in writing.
Enquiries and commercial terms
- Each accepted enquiry is given a reference number (for example TB-YYYY-NNNNNN). Quote that number in later correspondence.
- Price, minimum quantities, reel or pack sizes, lead time, taxes, freight and payment terms are confirmed by TEKBOAT after we review the requirement. Some parts are only available in standard pack quantities.
- Any sale that follows an enquiry is a separate transaction under the commercial terms we issue (quotation, proforma or invoice). Those documents prevail over these website terms for that transaction.
- Express courier, cheque handling and similar charges, if applicable, are as communicated by our team (see also our FAQ).
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, including by:
- attempting to disrupt search, scrape the catalogue in an abusive way, or bypass security;
- submitting false identities, spam, or content you do not have the right to send;
